Merry Christmas, listmates!

Milling tapioca seems to be up for debate on the list. I was hoping to be
able to do tapioca pearls in my new mill, a burr type grinder. The
instruction pamphlet, however, said not to mill popcorn and tapioca pearls.
Christian Gassler posted that tapioca gums up his stone grinder, and I know
that the more delicate nature of the impact grinder also prohibits tapioca.
So, if you want to grind your own tapioca from the pearls, mortar and pestal
may be the only way to go.
