Thanks to everyone who responded.  Almost everyone who responded said 
they did use them for quiches. One person also used them for meat pies and 
many, of course, used them for varous sweet pies.  It seems either pre-baking 
or not pre-baking works for quiches, since 6 people said they did pre-bake and 
9 said they did not.  Pre-baked or not, everyone seemed to like the crusts and 
were always pleased with the way they turned out.   Thanks again; I'm happy 
to not always have to make a hash brown potato or brown rice crust.
