Based on this answer, I wouldn't trust any statement from the people at
Honey Baked Ham. Applying heat to a glaze would not eliminate gluten, and if
they and their research company don't understand that, then they don't
understand our issues at all. It is unsafe to assume that any of their
statements are correct, including their claims about the unglazed product
being GF.
