Hi All.

I know that I should know this by now but what is the policy on products
made of or containing Spelt?  What is spelt anyway....as far as grain goes?

Also I received a lot of feedback on my question regarding the hormone
Prempro.  Everyone said it was gf.  One person was a nurse in a
gynocologist's office and had asked the drug rep. for the company to make
sure.  Only one person said they had a problem and she attributed that to
the fact that it is not lactose free.
