Legumes Plus makes a variety of GF mixes.  These are sold at some health
food stores (ask the store manager if you could special order these) or you
could purchase them through the mail.
 
Each mix is complete and you only need to add liquids.
 
If you order their information by mail, the flyer has the GF items marked.
They have 11 GF soup mixes, a GF chili mix, a GF sloppy joe mix, and 2 GF
salad mixes.  I've had the chili and sloppy joe and they are excellent.
