Hi Everyone,

Here is a reply about the gluten free caramel question:

>All I can tell you is that Kraft/Nabisco (and also Nestle) have a policy of
>putting the phrase "contains gluten" after gluten-containing ingredients on
>their ingredient list for ingredients other than just plain wheat, oats,
>barley, or rye. So, if the ingredients don't list those grains or have the
>phrase "contains gluten", then there is no ingredient containing gluten in
>the item.

So far Nestle'sand Hershey's have gluten free caramels.

Thank you everyone for responding.

Celiac best,
Susan
