I quickly reviewed all my books and printed material to determine whether
Mono and Diglycerides are GF.  I have not come up with an answer.  My
Thanksgiving pumpkin cheesecake recipe calls for whipping cream and I noticed
that the carton lists mono and diglycerides.  Does anyone know if this is
safe?

Thanks for your help - this is my first GF Thanksgiving.
