Has anyone had a problem with Golden Star Jasmine rice. I use a
vita-mixer to grind my own flour and this time I used some Jasmine rice
to make it more white.

I am recovering from a pretty good gluten hit this weekend and I
can't think of any other reason.

It says simple, Long grain jasmine rice.

It does not say enriched anywhere on the bag, but it does say quick
cooking in the microwave. The grains do look very clean like enriched
rice.

I did a search for jasmine rice and Golden Star, and did not see
any problems mentioned.

        Thanks for your help,
        Dwight Gluten free in Tennessee
