In light of the last message regarding binge eating I now have a question.

As a child my father always said I would have to marry a potato farmer as he
had never seen anyone eat potatoes quite the way I do. Meaning I eat a lot
of potatoes, even when not diagnosed celiac, I preferred potatoes over
pastas, bread, etc.

My mom thought there might be something in potatoes that I was missing in my
diet and therefore I craved potatoes. Anyone else hear of this.

I still love my potatoes, any which way is fine by me. Mashed, Fried,
French Fries, Baked, boiled, whatever.

P.S. - As a kid when we got our first microwave I would bake potatoes for
breakfast in it. I also have been know to peel, boil and mash potatoes for a
snack.
