My husband and I are spending the winter in Harlingen, Texas in the Rio
Grande Valley. So far, I have had little luck in finding much in the way of
GF items in the local grocery stores. The Walmart here has a few Annie's
frozen items and some of the Chex cereals and Betty Crocker mixes, but no
GF bread of any kind. Ditto the local HEB grocery. HEB tells me that they
have some GF items in the store, but they are not marked on the shelf
display nor are they congregated in one area. So, I'm back to reading labels on
everything that isn't familiar to me. Whole Foods doesn't have a location
in this area. Does anyone have any suggestions as to grocery shopping
here in the South Valley?

Appreciate any help I can get.

Thanks.

And happy holidays to all!!!
