REMINDER!
        This coming Tuesday is our February monthly meeting.

        In addition to group updates, we will be discussing the topic of
"Family & Friends Supporting our GF Lifestyle."  Please do bring along that
special family member or friend who is sharing your gluten free
experience.  We want to recognize that this change of lifestyle isn't
always easy for them (as our support systems) either, and give them an
opportunity to share their frustrations and offer suggestions to help one
another in this important  supportive role.
        Please e-mail me (privately) anytime before the meeting with
questions on how to better support a family/friend who is a Celiac in order
that we can address these at our meeting (without mentioning the name of
the sender, of course)

February refreshments:  Is your support system person(spouse/parent/friend)
someone who has learned to cook GF for you?  How lucky you are!!!  Let's
have our February refreshments be prepared by volunteers who are not
themselves Celiacs.  Let's keep our refreshment
table items in line with our topic of discussion.  Please be sure to
include recipes w/list of GF ingredients as well as the name of the cook!
Please e-mail our refreshments chairperson, Charlene, with the names of
those who will be volunteering GF goodies for our table.
