When you sneeze and your eyes water from a nasal allergy, histamine is
released from the stimulated cells with the IgE receptors. So if one has a
food allergy to gluten, not CD,  what are the symptoms? It sounds like
histamine is also released but in the gut (mast cells)?  That then gives
the short term nausea, vomiting, perhaps diarrhea?
