Liver Issues - Anyone Else

I was horribly sick before they diagnosed me 2 years ago with Celiac.  I
lost 35lbs in 3 weeks and was very ill.  Due to this my gallbladder quit
functioning.  Shortly after I had it removed.  Well then I started having
side pain and they did a scan and found a lesion on my liver.  Said no
biggie and would check it again in a year.  Recently I started having
problems again and they checked it and it's gotten larger.

My question is has anyone else had problems with their liver.  I am being
told my liver may be having issues from malnutrition.
