The registration fee paid online with a credit card is $50 per person. Registration can also be sent by mail with a check for $55 per person.  A registration form that can be printed and mailed is available on the website.

Be sure to register by November 1st.

The registration fee includes a full day's program of talks by outstanding specialists on celiac disease, with question and answer periods.  It also includes a continental breakfast, refreshments and lunch.  There will be great vendors there, too, including Foods by George, the Gluten-Free Pantry, Chebe Bread, Claire's Cookies, Gabrielle's Dessert Boutique, Prometheus Laboratories, IMMCO Diagnostics, Whole Foods, Glutino, Bob & Ruth's Gluten-Free Travel & Dining Club, Gluten Free T-Shirts, Lifemax Natural Foods, and The Teff Company.

For those of you not familiar with New York City, New York-Presbyterian Medical Center (Columbia-Presbyterian) is located very near the George Washington Bridge.  Driving there is easy, as the medical center is just a few blocks from Route 9A (Henry Hudson Parkway).  Special arrangements have been made for parking at the hospital garage on 165th and Ft. Washington, at a reduced rate of $7.50 for the day.  There is also convenient access to the Medical Center by public transportation.
