I'm hoping some of you may have some encouragement and advice. I have been
totally gf for 6 weeks. It is helping some things but not the main ones yet
primarily muscle pain/fatigue. I have been pretty gf for 2 years prior. My
challenge is that I do not react after eating gluten even though I am celiac.
The paranoia is actually making me sick. If I don't plan ahead or cook all
weekend I feel stuck. then I pay attention to every body sensation and wonder,
was it gluten, am I in pain because of something I did, or do normal people feel
this way? Even if I did make everything myself I think maybe something was
contaminated and that's why I don't feel better yet. I am hopeful as I have
seen some improvement but am tired of being so paraniod. I am also very weary
from dealing with insurance and drs. I want to be more positive.Any advice for
the next couple of months as I adjust. thank you all very very much.
