Our daughter in Seattle pointed out a new bakery that advertised wheat-free products, so we stopped by on our way out of town, and the nice people loaded us up with their gf items. The Flying Apron has been open since May, located at NE 50th and Brooklyn in the University district. We thought everything we bought was delicious, even the two of us who are not restricted to a gf diet. The items on their flyer that are gf are clearly marked so in red. :-).

They have a website at www.flyingapron.com, and I have a question in on their email address about what steps they take to avoid cross-contamination, along with our thanks for their super products. Nancy in So. Oregon
