I am using a lot of Ground Almonds from Trader Joe's in my baking these days. Anybody ever had gluten problenms with them? They are packaged in a facility that packages wheat - I usually hope that they are using "good manufacturing techniques" and they are not contaminated, but the last days I am not so sure. I can buy Bob's red Mill Almond meal, but it is more than double the prize.
