just got back from the most exciting food event I have ever been to--
the fancy food show at the javits center in new york city.

wow! talk about huge!! i was so happy to see many vendors with gluten 
free and/or vegetarian options. i'll be reviewing products (sauces 
crackers main dishes desserts) i tasted at the show on my blog all 
this week and next. hope you'll check in. it was so encouraging as a 
vegetarian celiac to see how seriously the community is taken by this 
industry. i am hopeful for the future!
