As usual, lots of useful information to my question on GF stock cubes.
There seems to be a good choice of products:

OXO - Liquid form or packet form are GF. BUT, careful! The cubes are not
GF (2 people)

Watkins - Beef soup & Gravy Base - Chicken soup & gravy Base (listed as
GF by the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association )
Another respondent suggested a dried chicken broth from Watkins.
Apparently Watkins have several other soup products that are gf. They
can be reached at 1-800-247-5907.

Herb ox by hormel (2 people)

Various Telma cubes and the little G Washington packages (can be found
in the Jewish sections in the grocery; N.B. any foods labeled "Kosher for
Passover" are OK but not just "kosher" since these may contain matzo
meal.)

Sam's, Tone's chicken bouillon in paste form

Better than Bouillon - soy based product

Gravymaster, Freedom

Alternatives: Marmite and Bovril (English products)

Thanks to everybody!

Angelica
