Dear Mary,

This is a bit of a strange reply from Boots.  Certainly you
can only get these items ON PRESCRIPTION if you have a
prescription from a UK doctor but these are not
prescription only items and they should be able to order
them directly for you (you will have to pay).  I will talk
to Mandy, our local friendly Boots manager, and come back
with the details for you.  Certainly you can also order
"Lifestyle" bread direct from the baker, so you should
equally be able to order that from "Boots" or any other
Chemist's shop (delivery is quoted as 24hrs but always
seems to take 48).
