I wasn't planning to put out a summary as I was simply posting a new
product I'd found for those of us who have been looking for a real
"noodle." Below are some of the brands of "noodles" others have found...

Dr. Schar

Glutano (not Glutino)

BiAglut PastaMia

rpspasta.com (fresh pasta, but I didn't see a tagliatelle) This brand is
not available in my city, though their web site indicates they sell to
grocery stores.

Cornita Egg Noodles

Note: Jovial brand of tagliatelle that I found is made from organic brown
rice, organic eggs, and possibly a trace of soy. I don't know that all of
these brands have a true "noodle," so please check web sites for what you
may be looking for.

Cheers~~Ayn in Kansas
