Hi to the List,

  I want to thank those of you who wrote back to me concerning gf  Passover products(more specifically matzoh balls and potato blintzes). The following were the answers I received:

  Potato Blintzes:
  Wilson's Brand
  Frankel's Brand

   Matzoh Balls:
   Leiber's Knaidel Mix
   Paskez non-gebrokt matzoh ball mix

   Others make mock matzoh balls.

   One fellow makes mock matzoh balls out of grits, eggs, salt and pepper

    Another gal on the list makes matzoh balls out of Manischewitz potato pancake mix.
