Dr. Mark Hyman, author of the book "Ultrametabolism" has just opened  
the UltraSimple home-delivered meal program.   I found his book to  
provide excellent advice and although not specifically for Celiacs,  
he is a huge proponent of eliminating gluten from everyones diet.   
The website states "All of the meals are designed to be low-allergen,  
as per my instructions in the book.  This means that ALL of the meals  
are free of the major allergens and are gluten-free, dairy-free and  
corn-free among others."  So, this would be an excellent program for  
any Celiacs who have been looking for a gluten free, home delivered,  
all meals and snacks provided program.   I don't know how good the  
food is and it is certainly comparably as expensive as other home  
delivered diet programs; but, it appears that this may be the first  
one where Celiacs can eat every food option available.  Just thought  
I would pass it on for anyone who is interested.  I don't have any
