One person suggested the Good Earth in Roseville a suburb of St Paul. It is organic and has alot of gluten free items.
Someone suggested visiting the www.northlandceliacs.com web site or the wwwtwincitiesrock.org web site for listings.  When I tried www.northlandcleliacs.com I could't succeed in finding any reference to restaurants but I'm not very internet savy.  Maybe others will have more success.  I haven't tried the second site mentioned yet.
