In reply to Claire's question on bread machines
The Welbilt ABM 2100 is a reasonable priced bread machine $139+
not on sale. Appears to be readily available in most areas. It
has been marketed as gluten-free. On two sides of the box, towards
the bottom is the gluten-free symbol. It is a 1 pound loaf size
bread machine (2 cups flours total). It does come with a recipe
book of about 10 - 12 gluten-free bread recipes that have been
developed by Mary Gunn - GIG- Florida. It may also be used to make
regular bread and recipes are also included in booklet. Sale prices
in this area have been $75. - $89. depending on the store & sale.
Happy baking!
