I read recently that they had many gf items on the menu so tried it with a 
friend today.  I had the baby back ribs - 8 ribs - practically no meat - 
cole slaw - so sweet I could hardly eat it.  The beans were so so - I don't 
like pinto beans.  My friend had brisket and sausage and I was given a taste of 
both - they were outstanding.  They only serve beer - I was told on the 
phone they also serve wine but that was not to be the case.

You stand in line and place your order and then so sit at a series of long 
tables with card table chairs or sit at a picnic table.  Give me Houston's 
ribs anyday.  They're gf but a lot more expensive.
