Hi Everyone-
Does anyone have any relatively easy recipes for a GF coffee cake or brunch like loaf bread.  It also could be muffins.  I would prefer to start with some sort of mix so I don't have to buy lots of different flours.  I always have rice flour and cornstarch on hand.  
Or, what if I wanted to take another recipe that calls for unbleached all purpose flour, is there a substitute  for the flour and would I still add the baking powder and baking soda if called for?
