Here's another story of this disease. As with a previous posting, I too
didn't grow from the age of 3 to 6 years, my parents thought that they
had adopted a dwarf. They said that I didn't appear unhealthly because I
always had a enormous appetite and I was extremely active.
I started to grow to normal size, still just over 5', extremely petite
and loads of energy and an enormous appetite all of my life. I could eat
you out of house and home and come back for seconds. As a preteen I had
the most discomfort from the intestinal problems. Nothing bad enough to
even go and have investigated.

40 years later the DH showed up. Now that I've thought back, I've had
this all of my life. In my mind this is really a mystery disease.
This diet to me is, at times, extremely frustrating but it's necessary.
Again once a Celiac, always a Celiac. I believe that it could be to
varing degrees though. Mine is zero tolerance.
