Many Celiacs have multiple chronic diseases, including Diabetes.
Oftentimes self management of these diseases requires knowing the
nutritional content..... carbs, calories, cholesterol.....

For all the cookbook authors out there (Oh Bette..... our Gluten Free
gourmet cook/author) we could sure use more low calorie, reduced carb,
lowfat, lower or no cholesterol Celiac cookbooks WITH NUTRITIONAL
VALUES.

If enough people ask for it... it will come!
