Do you have a favorite gluten-free restaurant or establishment that you feel safe going to for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? If so, the Gluten Intolerance Group (GIG), would like to partner with them through our Chef to Plate Program, https://www.gluten.org/joinus/chef-to-plate/ . Participation is free with the purpose of bringing recognition of your favorite restaurant's gluten-free items to your local community. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP ON THE RESTAURANT'S BEHALF. If you have that special place where you like to go away from your own kitchen, give this information to them and have them sign up.

Use the materials that best suit your restaurant. Materials include:

Fact sheets about celiac disease and gluten-related disorders (Will arrive in late April)

Social media posts related to gluten-free eating: one for use during each week of May, these posts will be provided to the restaurant contact that you provide during the last week of April.
Your restaurant will be listed on the GIG website year-round as a participating facility in our 2016 Chef to Plate program.

Thank you again for spreading the word and getting your favorite establishment to work with GIG during Celiac Awareness. We hope that continued outreach and awareness programs open up many more restaurant doors for your friends, families, and the gluten-free community.
