Continuing the summary of grilling with charcoal....

Two people emailed me that they wrap their food in foil. One said she puts an aluminum plate under the wrapped food to prevent contamination from tearing.

I make vegetables in foil all the time, but I can't vouch for how burgers or steaks will come out and the emailers didn't say.
