Just thought I'd share this.  I received the newest issue of Natural
Health magazine in the mail today and they have an article in it about
Gluten Free and Celiac Disease.  It's not on the web site yet, as they
haven't posted the next issue's topics, but watch for it on newsstands
soon.  Also has some recipes.  One is for flat bread that can also be
used as a crust for pizza and a cookie recipe.
