Sorry it has taken so long to summarize this but life is hectic this time of
year. Here is a summary of the responses I received on Don Pancho wraps.

2 - hated them and threw them in the trash
4 - had the same problem with crumbling, 1 person used them for quesadillas.
They had better luck than I did with the quesadillas.
1 - did not freeze the wraps and loved them
2 - wrapped the wraps in damp paper towels before warming in the microwave
2 - dipped the wraps in water then pan fried them
2 - microwaved between paper towels
1 - pan fries the wraps
1 - steams them than prepares the wraps
3 - store the wraps in the refrigerator

As for what happened with my Don Pancho wraps, after the breakfast burritos
did not work out I tried using them for quesadillas. The wraps still
crumbled in the middle and broke apart. The one thing I surmised from all
the responses I received was that freezing the wraps dries them out. I
contacted the health food store where I purchased the wraps and suggested
they put them in the refrigerator section. While everyone had some good
suggestions quite frankly if I have to steam them or dip them in water first
forget it. We have gone back to using the soft corn taco shells I can buy
in the ethnic section of the grocery store. They are smaller but much easier
to use. Thank you to all who shared your experiences with me.
