Hello Listmates

I have recently realised that the cereal I have been eating contains
malt made from barley. Does anyone know if there is another way to make
GF malt. Any suggestions would be great as I will pass them onto the
company.

Also, does anyone have a fail proof recipe for tortillas? I really miss
the easy way the make a meal.
