Several people recommended Dr. Philip Kaslow (t. 212/ 305 5903) at
Columbia-Presbyterian. Also recommended, at the same hospital, Dr Amy
DeFelice.

A family from Rhode Island recommended Dr Joel Adelson, who has recently
relocated to NYC.

A lady in Madison NJ recommended Dr Rosh, at the Morristown Memorial
Hospital, which is actually more convenient for me, as I live in
Northern New Jersey, although I can easily get to NYC.
