I want you all to know that CSA has just published a new compilation
gluten-free commercial products list.  This list committee was headed
by Jim & Vicki Lyles of the Tri-County Michigan chapter and Judee
DeJaco in CA.  Many members sent in letters from manufacturers plus
the Chicago, Denver, Houston, Oklahoma, San Diego and Tri-County
chapters.  It is over 70 pages that also include 800 numbers and
listing of specialty food GF companies.  I have a lot of confidence
in this list, personally. The chairmen are consciencel people
dedicated to finding the best information possible for all of us
celiacs.
