Hallo folks,

I'll be going to Austin, TX next Wednesday through Saturday for grad
school interviews with UT Austin. Naturally no interview is complete
without free food at a delicious-looking restaurant--the dream-come-true
of any other potential grad student, but a Celiac's nightmare.

So, a couple of questions.

1. We're eating at the Shoreline Grill. Has anyone had any experience
with this place?

2. Are there any exceptionally good restaurants for Celiacs in Austin,
particularly near UT Austin?

3. Any UT Austin students or relatives of students willing to comment on
the dining services there? Virginia Tech's been so nice about making
sure I'm never hungry, but it was easy because VT pays such close
attention to vegans and other special needs that Celiac was not hard;
and I hear Austin has lots of crazy (read: awesome) vegans.

Thanks muchly!

Cheers,
John
Blacksburg, Virginia
