I just had to share my joy...I bought a Welbilt 4800 bread machine last
weekend, on the recommendation of much of what I read in the archives. I
was a bit intimidated, never had one of these things, never wanted one! I
had made a couple of "kits" from Miss Roben's and although my son (the
possible celiac) and I like them, the other people in our family didn't.

I bit the bullet last night and tried out the machine with a white bread
recipe from one of Bette Hagman's cookbooks. WOWOWOWOWO!!!! Not only was
it as easy as falling off a log, the bread is fantastic! My very "fussy"
husband thinks it is wonderful! If I had known that these machines were so
easy with such great results, I would have gotten one long ago! I think
this is one appliance that isn't going to get dusty in the corner!
