Hi, I had received permission a while ago to post a message to the list
concerning my graduate thesis but the survey has changed so I want to ask
again.

The survey was going to inquire of food allergies and gluten
intolerance/celiac disease but my thesis committee wanted to separate the
two topics. As a result, I had to make the thesis about food allergies
alone. In the future, I intend to separately conduct a survey (needs
assessment) with very similar and some identical questions about gluten
intolerance/celiac disease alone.

Will you consider allowing me to post the food allergy survey now, even
though there are no specific questions about gluten intolerance? A copy of
the survey, not the actual survey site, may be seen at this link.
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=136851589479 . If allowed to post the
link, the address will be different and the responses will be compiled and
analyzed.

The program I am studying at Central Connecticut State University is
Community Psychology with hopes and expectations of beginning a career in
prevention. The graduate school and the Human Studies Council have approved
the thesis. There is a 'carrot' to the survey, a chance to win one of five
$50 rewards for participation.

Thank you,

Michelle McBride
