- Wild rice or quinoa stuffing
- Mashed potatoes
- Shitake mushroom gravy thickened with kudzu root
- Gluten-free cornbread
- Pumpkin pie with rice-flour crust and whipped cream flavored with
gluten-free (using nongrain alcohol) vanilla extract
- Hummus with brown rice crackers
