I sent a message to Ho-Ka turkeys to ask about their gf status (I
made sure I asked about the processing lines too). Here is the
response I received:


There is nothing added to our turkeys during processing. Only turkeys that
are basted have added ingredients. Basted turkeys are a lousy buy and I
don't recommend them to anyone.
