We just got back from Greece.  The restaurant cards are a great idea.  They do not understand celiac disease so just say you are allergic.
You can have Greek salad most places, grilled food, potatoes.  The ship is where you will have most your meals so make sure they can accommodate
you.   My son did not have a lot of problem--we mostly ate in pretty nice restaurants and the were very accommodating.

I would like to hear more about the cruise?  We went on a RCL Jewel of the Seas
12 day cruise out of Harwich England to Normandy, Paris, Ireland, Scotland and Norway
last June but we ate on the ship most of the time. Which line are you going on.  RCL
or Celebrity has a stir fry and all the ingredients like rice or rice noodles, which are
fantastic, are g/f.  They will add beef or fish, and if you ask for spicy, it will bring tears,
to your eyes but I love it.
At the early breakfast we usually eat on the 10th deck at 0700 and if I ask for
g/f pancakes at the waffle station they will call the main dining room and they will
bring them to our table.
We are doing a trans Atlantic cruise from Barcelona, Spain Nov 6th back to Ft Lauderdale.
I could talk all day about cruising but I never hear from back from anyone..........
