The Central NJ Chapter of ROCK (Raising Our Celiac Kids ) will hold a general 
meeting on Thursday, December 16 at the Monmouth County Public Library on 
Symmes Road in Manalapan, NJ at 7 pm - 8:45 pm.  In addition to our general 
discussion on the gluten free diet, we will be visited by Mr. Ritts Bakery from 
Philly for sampling and purchase of wonderful gluten free delights for the 
holiday season.    

We will also host a gluten free cookie exchange. If interested, please bring 
5 dozen of your favorite gf cookies, alongside copies of the recipes.  Also, 
bring a platter to create your own tray of gf cookies to take home.   You do 
not need to participate in the cookie exchange to attend the meeting.  Meetings 
are free and open to the general public.
