Hello. We are asking for your support in some research we are
conducting.

If you have a celiac/gluten intolerant child and/or are part of a
support group which includes youth 18 and under, please take the
attached survey. The following link will bring you to the survey. It
will take approximately 5 minutes to fully answer the survey. We are
studying whether there needs to be more information available for youth
support groups and their leaders (you may have already answered a couple
questions we sent earlier but this is a more formal survey).
