The Disney people are very familiar with Celiac.  They pledge to have a GF
meal wherever you want to eat (fast food places too!).  I recommend the
visitors to Disney World ask to speak to to the head Chef of the Disney
Properties who are very helpful.
They will guide you to the most GF friendly restaurants.  They are
unbelievable with their help!!!!!!
