<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

The University of Chicago Celiac Disease Program is holding its 7th
annual celiac screening on October 14 from 8:30 - 12:30.

Pre-registration is required; only those who have established risk
factors will be registered, including a related autoimmune disorder, a
biopsy-confirmed relative or related conditions/symptoms. Please note
that first degree relatives of type 1 diabetics, regardless of whether
there is a person with celiac disease in the family ARE eligible. Those
who are on a gluten-free diet are NOT eligible.

For more information about the screening, please go to
www.celiacdisease.net or call 773-702-7593 to register. Special thanks
to Prometheus Laboratories and the Binding Site for their support of
this free screening. We couldn't provide this service without their
efforts.
