Gluten Free Health & Hiking Retreat - September 18-20, 2009

Join me at the Joe Dodge Lodge in Gorham, NH (White Mountains) for an empowering, self-nurturing, educational weekend for those with celiac disease (or gluten intolerance or wheat allergy), their partners, family and friends. 
Our weekend includes:
· 3 informal workshops on maximizing nutrition (whole foods, power foods) on the GF diet, living with celiac disease/gluten intolerance, traveling and dining out safely, and anything you'd like to ask -with Melinda, celiac dietitian 
· Professionally guided hikes on Saturday and Sunday 
· 6 healthy gluten free meals, including a catered lunch from a health food café, snacks & surprise goodies 
· 2 nights at Joe Dodge Lodge (options for different style rooms)
· Optional yoga, reiki healing/energy work, recipe sharing, free time to explore in nature
