Got several very quick replies.  Thanks to all who answered.  Bottom line
is that there are two sources for these cards.  The first one, and the
one most mentioned, is to look in the back of Jax Peter Lowell's book,
"Against the Grain" .  In fact, one of the respondents was Jax Peter
Lowell!  The second source mentioned was the following website:

I had the book so have not tried the website.  Someone else also
suggested having the copy laminated, which I plan to do.
