An easy and healthy way to add flavor to coffee is to add ground
cinnamon to coffee as it is brewed....a teas to a pot [give or take to
your taste].  I said "healthy" because 4 govern't studeies have shown
that as little as 1/4 teas of ground cinnamon a day helps stabilize
blood insulin.  This also helps cut cravings in addition to helping
those of us who are diabetic or hypoglycemic  Best of all, you are not
drinking all those chemicals that are in so-called "creamers"
