Hi all,

Here in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, I can buy
ckick pea (garfava flour) in Chinese stores, but here is
no sorghum flour. To order it from the States
is to expensive, duty and all.

Can I bake gf bread also usung garfanva flour?

How?

I have a bread machine.

Another question is what is the difference beteween
potato starch and flour? (Bette Hagman)
